Description

In Saxon-HE 9.6, exslt:node-set() is available (as a no-op). But function-available('exslt:node-set') returns false.

Fixed on the 9.6 branch as a special case in FunctionAvailable.java.

For the 9.7 branch I have implemented exslt:node-set as a true function, so it can now be called even via function-lookup().
