Bug reported by Yitzhak Khabinsky:

I used the ILSpy utility to check on its dependencies.

It looks like that Saxon .Net edition is still dependent on both .Net Framework v.2.0 and 4.0 at the same time.

IMHO, it is a good idea to eliminate any dependency on the .Net Framework v.2.0.
