Description
Saxon is ignoring @xsl:function/xsl:param[@required='no']@, when it should be rejecting it as an error. Function parameters are always required.
XSLT 2.0 prohibits the required
attribute on xsl:function/xsl:param
while XSLT 3.0 allows it provided the value is "yes".
