Description

After calling Configuration.setConfigurationProperty(FeatureKeys.ALLOW_OLD_JAVA_URI_FORMAT, true), the result of Configuration.getConfigurationProperty(FeatureKeys.ALLOW_OLD_JAVA_URI_FORMAT) is false, and vice versa.

The value actually used by Saxon is the value that has been set using setConfigurationProperty(); the bug only affects applications that attempt to discover the current setting using getConfigurationProperty().
