Description
The following XQuery direct element constructor fails:
i.e. within a direct element constructor, if an attribute contains a prefixed function, and the namespace declaration attribute for the prefix appears after the attribute, then Saxon fails with error:
XPST0081 - Prefix p has not been declared.
