Description
If the XSLT namespace on the <stylesheet>
element is mis-spelt, Saxon produces the error message "Saxon is not able to process Microsoft's WD-xsl dialect" - except in the case where the namespace is in fact "http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl", in which case it produces the message "Namespace for stylesheet element should be http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform".
There's simply an if-condition that's the wrong way around.
WD-xsl stylesheets are not encountered very often these days, so I think it's probably time to drop the special check: the general-purpose error message is quite good enough to cover this case.
