Description
Bug reported by user:
We want to use this stylesheet on the .NET platform. I’ve downloaded Saxon-PE 9.7 for .NET platform and added the evaluation license. But when running the stylesheet from the command line I get an error about the tagsoup parser: Failed to load org.ccil.cowan.tagsoup.Parser. The documentation page of the function says “On the .NET platform, the code of TagSoup 1.2 is available automatically”.
