Bug reported by user:
We want to use this stylesheet on the .NET platform. I’ve downloaded Saxon-PE 9.7 for .NET platform and added the evaluation license. But when running the stylesheet from the command line I get an error about the tagsoup parser: Failed to load org.ccil.cowan.tagsoup.Parser. The documentation page of the function says “On the .NET platform, the code of TagSoup 1.2 is available automatically”.

Bug fixed and committed to submit. The version of the tagsoup jar file corrected in the build file on the 9.6, 9.7 and development branches.
