Added a unit test jaxptest/SerializerTests/testOutputUriResolverClose.
Confirmed that the close() method is never called.
I've implemented the intended design, which is that the Receiver returned by the OutputURIResolver gets wrapped in a CloseNotifier that is supplied with the onClose() action and invokes it when the receiver is closed.
Patch committed to OutputURIResolverWrapper on the 9.9 branch.
