Description
Saxon treats the namespace "http://www.w3.org/2011/xquery-options" as reserved. There is no basis for this in the XQuery specification. As far as I can tell, the namespace was used for a feature that appeared in drafts of the XQuery 3.0 recommendation, but was dropped from the final publication.
