A call on collection() that worked in 9.9.1.6 is failing with 9.9.1.7. Repro supplied.
This is a regression caused by bug #4382. The fix to that bug takes the code down the path of BinaryResource.readBinaryFromConn(), which has not changed, but was not previously invoked for this use case. This code is assuming that the content headers for the HTTP response will include a "content-length" header, which cannot be guaranteed.
