set_source and set_output_file functions don't exists but are in examples

Reported by user that there are few functions in the Python API documentation example that mention the set_source and set_output_file functions, but it seems these functions don't exist anymore.

Fixed the examples in the documentation for the Python examples. Requires updating on live site.

Python examples in the documentation have been updated on the live site.

- Fixed in version set to 11.4
Bug fix applied in the SaxonC 11.4 maintenance release.
