The build bat file for Windows HEC 11.4 still needs some improvement, for all samples it outputs a warning
C++ build-windows.bat gives warning "SaxonProcessor.obj : warning LNK4042: object specified more than once; extras ignored
so somewhere SaxonProcessor.c is duplicated in the commands.
