Description

This is a new test case that has been added to the XSLT 4.0 test suite, though it is not actually dependent on XSLT 4.0

Test (d) requests spellout numbering with (%spellout-cardinal) in French. This does not actually exist - only %spellout-cardinal-masculine and %spellout-cardinal-feminine are available for French. But rather than falling back to %spellout-cardinal-feminine, which is the first thing in the list, it is falling back to %spellout-ordinal-feminine
