I have added to EntepriseConfiguration.newExpressionExporter() a test that if the target is JS/JS2/JS3 and the hostLanguageLevel on the top level package is >= 40, we throw an exception saying "Cannot export SEF files to SaxonJS if 4.0 language extensions are enabled".
